MEP

MEP training is a qualification that allows you to pilot twin-engine aircraft. The qualification is important for pilots who are aiming for a professional career, but may also be of interest to pilots who only fly for their own purposes

Entry requirements

Theoretical part

The theoretical part consists of 7 hours in the classroom where the student will be introduced to the specifications of flying twin-engine aircraft, e.g. asymmetrical thrust of power units, etc.

Practical part

Practical training consists of 6 hours of flight time, the student is first introduced to simple piloting techniques, then moves on to circuit training flights followed by single engine flight training including circuit training flights to practice landing on one engine only.
