The goal of ATPL(A) theory course is primarily for preparation of the student in the final exams at CAA. The duration of the course is 650 hours, during which students intensively prepare in self-study and once a month they visit consultations under supervision of instructors with long-standing experience – professional pilots or specialists in their subject. The program also consists of the measurement of progress and final exams. According PART-FCL, 10 % of the course must be performed in the class, but from our long-standing experience we see that 10% is inadequate and therefore we extended time spent in the class to 25%.
